Automate your selling process with just setting Next Action only once. Then the person will flow automatically towards closing the sale. Also automate your premium collection reminders till maturity date.

How to set next actions?

1. Type name of the person in Quick Search Bar.

2. Person will appear in side-bar. Now click on his Name.

3. Click Next Action buttton. Action toolbar will appear on screen.

4. Enter Note about the action to be taken.

5. Set Next Action as Call or Meeting.

6. Enter Date-Time of call/meeting.

7. Select Set Purpose of call from the list.

8. Select Next Action from the list (if required).

9. Select Assign To person from the list (if required).

10. Finally click Done and Next button to save action.

Once the action is set you can flow the person in selling process till close the sale.

How to flow contacts to sale?

1. Click on Work Schedule button on Today Bar.

2. Select the first step from Work Schedule option. You will get the list of contacts who are waiting on first step.

3. Next Action will be automatically get selected. You can either keep the action or jump forward.

4. Enter Note about the action to be taken.

5. Set Next Action as Call or Meeting.

6. Enter Date-Time of call/meeting.

7. Finally click Done and Next button to save action.

Set Work Schedule

Repeat process from step 2 to move forward all contacts waiting on next steps till closing the sale.

How to schedule reminders?

Click on Auto SMS Scheduler button on home screen.

1. Either Import SMS reminders from excel file.

2. Or click on New button to add reminders one by one.

3. Click on Start button to start scheduler.

SMS reminders will be scheduled automatically till End Date as per selected Frequency and Reminder Before Days.
