Case History

When doctor gives treatment to any patient, he first checks his case history. Without knowing history it will be difficult to give proper medicines. In the same way whenever you give advice to your client, you should check the case history. It will also tell you when & what client has talked with you as well as with your assistant. The case history printout will be act as a digital proof if any grievences occur.

When you make cold calling there is a general tendancy of not to call in future who says No for meeting to you. But if you move them in Sleep Mode and set call date after few months, there will be chances that they may say Yes for meeting. There may be changes have occurred in their financial, maritual or social status & you may get business from them.
