Contact Management

Manage all of your contacts easily. If you already have contacts stored in excel sheet, import it directly. You also can enter contacts one by one. Even you can merge contacts from one file to another effortlessly.

How to enter new contacts?

Click Add button from Entry Bar to make new entry.

Fill all available information into respective boxes.

Then click Save button.

How to add family members?

Click Family button from Entry Bar to Add / Modify / View Family Member's List.

Click New button to add new family member.

Family Entry

Enter Title, Name and Birth Date. Then click Save button.

How to update contacts?

1. Search contact by typing Name in Quick Search Bar.

2. Select contact from filtered list in Side Bar.

3. Click Edit button and modify contact details.

4. Click Save button to update contact.

How to delete contacts?

1. Search contact by typing Name in Quick Search Bar.

2. Select contact from filtered list in Side Bar.

3. Click Remove button to delete contact from the list.

How to import from excel?

Click Import option from File Management menu.

1. Select Excel File to Import.

2. Select Sheet Name from the list.

3. Select Column to Map. (Bold column heads are already mapped)

4. Match Column from the list.

5. Click Map button.

6. After mapping all required columns click Start Import button to import excel file.

How to merge to other file?

Eighter take entire list or filter contacts to be merged through Quick Search Bar or Find button.

Click Merge option from File Management menu.

Click the file from the list where selected contacts are to be merged.

Then click Ok button.
